my latest creation, which of course is now available on etsy. i love how ever time i go to buy fringe the ladies at the fabric store ask what i’m making. never with any other material but always with the fringe. i’m getting into the revamping of the old and turning it into bedazzled wonders. granted i do cringe when i think about how i am taking vintage/historical pieces and turning them into painted hot glued items. i have been known to go on a rant or two when i eyeing nice vintage items that have been disassembled with painted snowmen singing let it snow. somehow i classify my items a tad above these. i know snob.

i can’t help it i’ve gotten a tad obsessed with my hot glue gun and things that sparkle. thus was born these day of the dead shrine inspired elvis candles. up next i’m contemplating a notorious b.i.g shrine candle series. yeah baby! my favorite came when buying all the fringe, the girl doing my order was like what are you making. when i explained she laughed and said that was NOT what she was expecting. i think i might have made her day at 10 am.
